The stalwart actor turned politician Shatrugan Sinha speaking at the valedictory of ÂSimhavalokanaÂ, a three day film festival comprising of Dr VishnuvaradhanÂs movies, on Sunday night at Inox in Garuda Mall stated that Dr Vishnuvaradhan is like an institution.
ÂI had seen Dr VishnuvaradhanÂs first film as hero ÂNagarahavu twice in those days and in the 200 films of his career he has grown stupendously. In the reel he was the leader and in real life too he was having the leadership qualities. He was too good at heart and I knew him very closelyÂ, disclosed Sinha.
Instead of joining any institutions to learn acting the students can watch Vishnuvaradhan films and take note of so many things in acting observed Shatrugna Sinha who missed to do ÂNagarahavu in Hindi that went to Rishi Kapoor as ÂZahreela InsaanÂ. ÂTo fulfill the dreams of Dr Vishnuvaradhan for any work taken up, I am ready to participate in such activitiesÂ, added Sinha.
The best friend of Shatrugna Sinha and Dr Vishnuvaradhan  Ambarish once again said his friend Vishnu is always in his memory.
At the valedictory function Dr Bharathi Vishnuvaradhan presented mementoes to the guests and thanked for their admirable support in conducting ÂSimhavalokanaÂ.
Dr B Saroja Devi, Sumalatha Ambarish, Bangalore City Police Commissioner Shanker Bidri, Vishveshwara Bhat, Editor of popular daily Vijaya Karnataka, Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy Chairman TS Nagabharana, noted director MS Sathyu and others were present on the occasion.
